Executive American English Coaching

Speak the language
the world
actually runs on.

Not the English of textbooks. Not the English of school corridors. The English of boardrooms, podcasts, negotiations, and global platforms — American English, the language that Hollywood spread to every corner of the planet and Silicon Valley sealed in place.

"Language is not just communication. It's access. And access is everything."

Hollywood made English the world's language.
Silicon Valley made it permanent.

The majority of global business runs on American English. The platforms, the podcasts, the courses, the investors, the deals — most of it is American. That's not an opinion, it's just where the weight is. If that's the world you're moving in, that's the version of English worth mastering. Most English teaching in the Czech Republic focuses on grammar. And grammar matters — but it's only half the picture. Pronunciation is the skill that gets overlooked completely, and it costs people more than they realize. It doesn't just affect how you sound. It affects how you listen. If you've learned to expect one sound and a native speaker produces another, you don't just speak with a thick accent — you actually mishear the language. The words don't land. The conversation slips. But pronunciation isn't a talent. It's a system. There are rules, patterns, and sounds that can be learned — and once you know them, everything clicks into place. That's what we work on here.
This is not for everyone

English isn't the goal. The goal is everything English unlocks.

This is for you if…

You're at B1 level or above — you have a foundation, and now you want to actually sound like you know what you're doing You want your coaching built around your world — your industry, your content, your goals — not a generic curriculum You're ambitious and already investing in yourself — in business, mindset, health, or all of the above You want access to the best thinking in the world — and you're done letting language be the thing that blocks it You're a lifelong learner — someone who reads, listens, watches, and is constantly feeding their mind, in any field

Three areas. One goal:
total command of the language.

Each program is tailored to who you are and where you're going. No templates. No groups of strangers. Just focused, high-intensity work on what actually moves the needle.

01

Pronunciation & American Accent

The skill nobody teaches seriously in Czech Republic. We work on the sounds, rhythm, stress patterns, and intonation of authentic American English — not to erase who you are, but to give you full control over how you're perceived.
02

Listening Intelligence

Native speakers speak fast, drop syllables, and use contractions and idioms that no textbook prepares you for. We train your ear to catch everything — so you're never lost in a real conversation, podcast, or negotiation again.
03

Executive Communication

How you speak in meetings, how you write in emails, how you present ideas and negotiate in English — we work on the language of leadership, not the language of survival.

The best thinking in the world is in English.
Let's get you there.

Alex Hormozi, Tim Ferriss, Lex Fridman, Naval Ravikant — the people reshaping how ambitious individuals think about business, money, and life operate entirely in American English. If the language is a wall between you and them, you're paying an invisible tax on your growth. I process the content you want to learn from — podcasts, books, courses, talks — and we work through it together. You get the ideas. You get the language. You get the access.

"You tell me who you're learning from. I make sure language is never the wall between you and them."

This is not translation. This is guided immersion — working through real, high-value content until the language becomes invisible and only the ideas remain.

I know what it means
when language is
not optional.

Jana Mataruga — Coach, Entrepreneur, Immigrant

I was born in Belgrade and grew up in Bosnia. At the age of 7, I moved to the Czech Republic — and I had to learn a completely new language just to be able to go to school. Not from a textbook. From life. From necessity. I know exactly what it feels like when language is the only thing standing between you and functioning in the world. I spent five years studying English and American Studies at Charles University's Faculty of Arts — one of the most selective programs in the country. That gave me the intellectual foundation. Twenty years of using English in real business gave me everything else. I'm also an entrepreneur. For nearly 10 years I've been running Airbnb properties across three countries — Czech Republic, the United States, and Bosnia — building 7 properties from the ground up. I've negotiated with American contractors, handled US insurance companies after a hurricane hit my house while I was raising a two-year-old, and operated businesses in multiple currencies, legal systems, and cultures. When I teach business English, I'm teaching it from inside business.
